At Impacts X, we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have control over your data.

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Go to the Remove Profile menu item to remove all of your profiles on this device.
2. Alternatively, go to the specific Profile that you want to delete and select Remove.
3. Ensure that you have securely stored your secret phrase (offline) outside of the Impacts X app. If not, first select View my Secret Phrase to view and store your secret phrase offline.
4. After you have securely stored your secret phrase offline, proceed to Remove your Profile(s).
5. There will no longer be any data stored about your Impacts X account.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
• We may retain some anonymized data for analytical purposes, which cannot be traced back to you.

Retention Period

• Any retained anonymized data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years before being permanently deleted.
